Description
In the user management, users can be created such as an administrator, a supervising role or a participant. Users can also be exported to Excel.
Adding a user or participant requires some data to be entered. The data that are mandatory are indicated with an asterisk (___).
Settings
Several roles are available within MyPortfolio. The names and rights of these roles are largely configurable. This allows the roles to be well connected to (the purpose of) the portfolio environment. Roles that are always available within MijnPortfolio are the participant and the administrator. Participants, or candidates, are the people who have a portfolio within MijnPortfolio. These are the people who are the subjects of the MijnPortfolio environment; those who are mentored, on a register or matched. The administrator role has the most rights in the MijnPortfolio environment. Individuals with this role can set up the MijnPortfolio environment and view everything.
Next to this, there are various roles, which can be set in terms of name and rights and which can all be used or only partially. For example, these roles are called supervisor, assessor, coach, viewer, manager, participant pool user or sub-administrator. The image below shows an overview with tabs for each role enabled in a default environment.
Not every user type needs to be present in the MyPortfolio environment. The environment may also have different names for the user types. Make sure to keep an overview of which user type has which rights.
In the image, a number of options are visible on the right-hand side. These are as follows:
Options | Explanation** |
---|---|
Edit | Edit the data of this user |
Deactivate | Exclude this user from the role |
Send login details | Send the login details to this user's e-mail address |
Customise linked projects | Change the projects to which this user is linked |
Link qualifications and user groups | Select qualifications and user groups to which this user should be linked |
This page has a button to go to the creation of participant groups, to which users can then be added.
