Samenvatting van het artikel

Description

Generating an accountability report of a test moment can be done in the planning overview in Remindo. This report contains several chapters containing information about a specific part of a test moment. This becomes available in the form of a PDF file, which can then be downloaded. When generating the report it is possible to enable or disable the available sections.

The report can be downloaded before and after a test moment. Information related to test results will only be added after taking the test.

Generate a report

Locate the desired test in the schedule. Then on the right side of the screen, click on the PDF icon for the Generate PDF Report option. A new screen will appear with a number of options explained below.

Components

When a PDF report is created, the screen below will appear. For each section, indicate whether it should be included in the report. An option is available to ignore sections without data.

Rating

This log is the same as the log that is displayed at a test time in the schedule. It includes when candidates were added.

Incidents

An incident during a test can be created by the supervisors. These are displayed here. If an accompanying role shows a report to candidates during the test, these are saved and included in the report.

Test matrix

Which questions in the test matrix were actually taken is displayed here. Duration of the test and the number of questions are included. Other data such as the caesura is also listed there. The 'Time' section shows when the test matrix was last adjusted.

Review moments

Remarks

These are comments submitted by candidates during the test taking process. Each question is displayed here with the comments for each question next to it.

Evaluations
