Under Results > All Results is an overview of all candidate results. Each result shows which candidate it concerns, to which course and blueprint it belongs, the starting time, the result, the grade (or percentage or points) and the status of this result. Using filters, desired results can be displayed.

There are several tabs for exercises, practice tests, tests and a tab for open comments. Use the first three to view the appropriate type. The open comments tab shows which results have open comments.

Filtering by results

At the top of the screen, you can search for specific results. The first option is to select a specific category, candidate group or candidate. Below that, it is possible to select a specific course or blueprint. Furthermore, it is still possible to set a status, and two options for filtering by start date.

Perform actions

At the bottom of this page it is possible to perform a number of actions for all or specific results. These are as follows:

• Export to Excel: this function exports the results to an Excel file.
• Add new correction round: this creates a new correction round for all selected results, if possible.
• Modify subscription: use this function to modify the subscription of selected results. This allows a number of settings to be changed for this result, such as any correction rounds, display to the candidate and grade.
• Process again: this processes the results that have been selected one more time. This can be used to update certain changes for those results. This option is only accessible to administrators.
• Publish results immediately: use this feature if the preliminary/hidden results can be published immediately.
• Adjust the status of the results: this function can be used to change the status of this result. The results can be hidden, marked as provisional or published. There is a possibility to add a delay.
• Download uploads as a ZIP file: Files uploaded by candidates are collectively saved in a ZIP file. This applies to tests that contain Upload questions. There are various options to indicate the naming of these files, so that after downloading it is easy to find back to which result these files belong.

Statuses

There are three statuses visible in the results overview. 'To be checked' indicates that this result has been completed and needs to be checked. Other options
