Samenvatting van het artikel

Remindo keeps a logfile in various places. This log registers the actions of all users who have done something with a test or test moment.

Results

A log can be found with each result. Under Results > All results on the right, select the option "Details of the result". A new screen opens.

On the left side of this screen is a bar with a number of icons. The list icon shows the log by clicking on it. The window that then opens contains all the actions performed that have to do with this result. In general, it will be shown here when the associated test has been composed, when the test has been started and when a change of status has taken place. Think of the status 'Completed' or 'To be reviewed'. When a test is interrupted, this will also be recorded here.

If the corresponding test moment uses an external link, such as Schoolyear, this will be registered in the log.

Certain data may be recorded. This includes things like the candidate's IP address at the time the test is started. Please keep this in mind if this type of information is considered sensitive.

Paper tests

Paper tests have different data in the logbook, because these tests were not administered in the Remindo environment. Processed paper tests have data in the logbook about creating a scan, completing the work and creating results.

Test moments and review moments

Each test moment and review moment that is included in the planning has its own log. This shows when the moment was created, when candidates were added and whether they received a notification. Similar data can be viewed during inspection moments.

In the schedule overview, there is an icon for the logbook at each (archived) test moment or inspection moment. Clicking on this will open a new window.
