Description
When a blueprint is selected, a number of tabs are available, including 'PDF' and 'Export'. Both tabs contain functions that allow the blueprint to be used for purposes outside Remindo.
With 'PDF', Remindo generates a PDF file with questions from the current blueprint, which can then be downloaded. It includes data from the course. A new set of questions can be generated for each PDF.
Under 'Export' there are several options for exporting data. This function can be used to download the settings of the blueprint. In addition, an analysis of the results can be taken. For this, the blueprint must contain results, otherwise this function will not work. There is also the export of all raw results belonging to the blueprint, without applied analyses. Finally, there are two options related to exporting according to the QTI 2.1 standard.
- Click on the PDF tab to create a new file.
- Click the 'Generate a new PDF file' option.
- The screen that opens contains several options. Besides the standard Remindo template, a PDF template created by yourself can be selected. Then select the correct course and language.
- In the next set of settings, an encoding can be assigned to the PDF file. The file name can be modified here. In addition, an expiry date and/or a password can be set for the file.
- Finally, there is an overview of the questions selected for this particular PDF. This will follow the settings of the blueprint. For example, if rules have been created that will use questions randomly, this also applies to the creation of the PDF. If a new set of questions is to be used, click on the symbol with the two arrows which is on the top right of the question set:
Export
Under the Export tab, up to five options can be found. The number depends on the settings of the blueprint. Each option allows you to export certain data from the blueprint for external use.
Accountability report
This document contains some data of the blueprint. The following three items are reported: the blueprint settings, the blueprint structure and the caesura.
Analysis
With this function, Remindo analyses the results associated with this test matrix. Here, a certain period of time can be specified. The default setting for this is one year.
Various values are calculated with this analysis. The exact result of these calculations are exported in an .XLS file. For an explanation of the data, see the article Statistical values.
Static QTI 2.1 package
When selecting this option, a field appears at the bottom of the screen. This lists the queries that are included when exporting. These are only questions selected according to the rules of the blueprint, meaning that not all questions in the blueprint are used for export.
Click the button with the two arrows to load new questions, again according to the rules set.
Dynamic QTI 2.1 package
The dynamic package does include all questions placed in the blueprint. However, the rules are also included, which means that after exporting, users may get different fillings of the blueprint with their test.
