Create correction round

In the planning

Creating a correction round for test moments is possible from within the planning. In each row of a test moment, there are several buttons on the right-hand side. The image below shows the button for the correction rounds. This button will not appear if there are no open questions in the test.

In the results overview

It is also possible to create a correction round for one or more results. By going to the Results overview at the top, a selection can be made. Each result displayed here can be highlighted on the left-hand side of the screen. Also use the filters at the top of the page to filter by certain candidates, groups, courses or test matrices.

After selecting the results, an action must be chosen at the bottom. In this case, it is 'Manage correction rounds'. Select the option and then click 'Go'.

Please note!
It is possible that an error message may be displayed after clicking 'Go'. This may be because, for example, the relevant result does not contain open questions. The error message will show an explanation.

Add to a blueprint

In the overview of Studies and blueprints, a correction round can be created at an individual blueprint. For the desired die in the overview, click on the magnifying glass icon to go to the details of the blueprint.

In the next screen there is a field called 'Options' at the bottom left. This also contains the option 'Add correction round to this test matrix'. Another page will open where the correction round is added.

Add to a paper test

A separate article is available for adding a correction round to paper tests: Correction rounds for paper tests
