In the test player of RemindoTest, the settings for Safe Exam browser can be found under Administration > Settings > tab Safe Exam Browser.

Install Safe Exam Browser

1. The Safe Exam Browser download above installs two programs: the browser itself and a configuration utility called SEB Configuration Tool. If necessary, use the Windows search function to launch the configuration utility.

2. An example file for the configuration is available in the RemindoTest administration environment. This can be found under Administration > Settings, Safe Exam Browser tab. A .SEB file is placed on the left side of the page. Click here to save this file to your computer.

3. The .SEB file can then be opened with SEB Configuration Tool. Click on File > Open settings... in the top left of the program and locate the downloaded .SEB file. If the file has been opened correctly, the settings will be automatically changed for use with RemindoToets.

Browser Exam Keys

RemindoTest can check whether the Safe Exam Browser is used in combination with a valid .SEB configuration file. If multiple versions of the SEB are allowed, a Browser Exam Key must be provided for each version.
