Besides adding candidates by scheduling a test moment (see article Plan a test moment) tests can also be taken by creating registrations. This method is mainly used when organizations administer tests from other software, which is linked to RemindoTest.

A subscription is a link

• of one or more candidates to a test matrix;
• of one or more test templates to a candidate.

Entries are displayed in the scheduling overview with a yellow triangle in the calendar when an active period is scheduled when the entry is available. When availability is set to "immediately and always available" or "inactive" (this is an enrollment that is scheduled without a specific date(s)), the enrollment will not be visible in the calendar. By the way, a subscription never shows up in the schedule list (below the calendar).

Creating an enrollment can be done in three ways: through Studies and blueprints, through Candidates or through Manage > Candidates. These are explained below.
