A correction round can be viewed and managed via the Results > Correction rounds menu. This page shows an overview of tests where answers to open questions have been given. It is not necessarily the case that a correction round has already been set up for these tests.
Depending on the situation, this page can consist of several tabs, namely:
- Entries
- Test templates
- Test moments
- Paper test
The difference in tabs exists because correction rounds can be set up in different ways. A correction round can be made per result. Then a standard correction round can be set up per blueprint. The most commonly used is the correction round per test moment, which is set in the planning. Finally, there are also correction rounds that are created from a paper test. See also the article Correction rounds for paper test.
The availability of the various options will differ per tab.
Option | Explanation |
---|---|
View candidates and linked supervisors | This overview shows all candidates with the supervisor linked to the result. This can be for the entire result or divided per test matrix line, in the latter case the distribution is shown per question from the result. |
View correction rounds | All available correction rounds are displayed here and can be adjusted if necessary. See later in this article for how to adjust a correction round. New correction rounds can also be created in this screen. See the article Correction round settings for more information about this. |
Check Answers | This will take you directly to the overview with the answers to be checked |
Change numbers | This option is only available for test moments, specifically test moments that contain multiple correction rounds. The overview shown shows the figures per candidate per correction round. In this way it can be quickly determined manually which grade should be recorded for which candidate. It is also possible to choose the average of this. If the average is chosen, the average score is used to calculate a new grade. Due to the cut-off point, the new grade is not by definition the average of the grades from all correction rounds. |
