Result page

This page is visible after clicking on the 'Details of Result' button for a result, for example via Results > All Results (see image above). In this overview all answers of one candidate are shown. By default, all questions are presented on the same page. At the bottom right of the screen is an option to show one question, after which it is possible to switch to other questions.

Per question a number of options are available (depending on the role of the logged in user), indicated by icons.

  • The info icon shows information about this particular question.
  • The pen icon allows you to modify the answer model.

Result page icons balloon

  • The text balloon icon (see above) allows a comment to be added to a question. This comment can then be sent in various ways, but this is not mandatory. Settings for this can be found at: Comments settings.

Result page icons clock

  • The icon with the clock shows the question log for this response. The question log records the actions a candidate performed for this question.

Results page icons question review

  • A check mark appears if a question can be checked (and has not been checked before).

Resultaatpagina iconen onbeantwoorde vraag

  • An unanswered open-ended question has a feature that allows it to be checked. A green square will appear with a check mark in it, click on it to check the question.

On the left side of the screen there is a menu with a number of options that can be selected or expanded, see the image below. These functions are explained in more detail in this article. Not every option will always be visible, this depends on the settings of the test matrix.

If a test contains several test components, the test components option will appear:

key parts

By unfolding this, the different parts can be viewed.

If plagiarism control is enabled, the 'Similarities' section will appear in the list:

This is further explained in the articles Ouriginal or TurnItIn, whichever is active.

Test

Click Test to display some data about this test. Then click on the details of Candidate, Training or blueprint Name. This will open a new page with the corresponding results for those sections.

Through this section the grade structure can be shown. Click on 'Grade structure' next to the grade to open this on a new page.

See also the article Grading for this.

Correction rounds

Click this function to see which correction rounds are available for this result. For an explanation, see the article Correction Rounds.

Show log

This function opens a new window. It shows all data related to the taking of this test and the achievement of this result. This is only the data related to this specific candidate.

Compare this result

If at least two results on this test have been completed and checked, it is possible to make a comparison between the current result and all results on this blueprint. These do not have to be from the same test moment, so there may be a period of time between them. The image below shows an example of a result comparison.

Shown to candidates.

Under this heading are a number of settings that relate to what information the candidate is allowed to see about this result. Please see the blueprint settings to make changes to these.

Display Settings.

There are three options available under this heading that control the display on this page. These allow you to hide the question text, case text and/or the review result. Click one of the functions again to make an item visible again.

Retakes

The section 'Retakes' shows the possibilities for retakes, how many times this test has been retaken by this candidate and whether he or she can start a retake on their own. Finally, there is a function available to immediately make a resit available to this candidate. To do so, click on 'Allow retake of this test'.

If the test has previously been retaken by this candidate, you can click under the heading 'Number of retakes'. After this a screen will open in which all results of that candidate can be seen.

This section is not visible if there is no resit option for a test.

Download

There are several options for downloading a result:

  • It can be exported to Excel.
  • Downloading as a PDF.

Advanced options

These options are only available to main administrators. A choice can be made to anonymize results, which means that it will no longer be visible which candidate submitted this result. This requires an additional confirmation. In addition, a result can be deleted here.
If a test was aborted from the Activity Overview without determining a result, a button is shown here to still do this.

Caution!

Anonymizing or deleting results cannot be undone.
